Other things to look out for include deals that sound way too good to be true (either really cheap / free or everything is on the menu), weird area codes, not specifying a location (or one that is incredibly vague), measurements in metric, pics that probably belong to a supermodel. I'm sure I'm missing some, but that's off the top of my head.
