Well technically it is $60 room and $140 tip, but you pay it all in advance to the girl. That includes an hour with the girl, usually a table shower, a massage, and full service. Some of the more direct ladies skip the TS or the massage. Half hours are $40+$100=$140.

Edit: There are a couple of spas with a slightly higher room rate, so be prepared for $210 for the hour if they ask.
