Probably another one of the many misconceptions that people think it's a way to avoid getting arrested if it's a sting. If you'd like, charge him your hourly rate, or if you might do some shopping yourself at the same time, perhaps ask for a little less. In my opinion, it's totally your call. What takes place not in public should be at your regular rates and not less. It's kind of you to mentally debate a fair rate, but the guy will be fine whatever you charge.
