If a provider conducts business as she should by not discussing anything over the phone or when she and the cleint meet up, what difference does it make if she post services/menu? The excuse that cops can use it against doesn't fly to me. The cops can take anything from a provider's website (pics, donations, etc.) and use it against them.

I’d like to resurrect this discussion.
I recommend that the hobbyist read the escort’s website and profiles on all directories, and read this information thoroughly. Google her website, email addy and phone, and read what comes up thoroughly. Read her reviews. Read her calendar or posts to see where she will be when the hobbyist wants to see her.
This should answer all legitimate questions the hobbyist could have. Consider any additional questions calls for information she doesn’t want to give out and he should do without; otherwise, she would have included it. Consider it is best to forget about contacting her with questions, that one question will lead to more questions and cause her to feel like she is being put on the witness stand, make the hobbyist look like a tire-kicker or a hobbyist with no common sense, and become a divide to scheduling. Consider that even if meeting her hasn’t been doomed by questioning already, the hobbyist will have created a cloud over the session that will hamper his good time. Consider that if the hobbyist is still bound and determined to ask something first, it is better to research out a different escort instead, one where the missing information has been included.
Second, I recommend that the hobbyist send her an email, propose a date/time for a date, length of the date and include two recent references having an internet presence equal to no less than this escort’s internet presence. They make that quite obvious in some of the posts on this board, and in pm's they send, with all their rantings when rejected, due to lack of funds, references, ect. Or just plain feel they need to pm you, to tell you they will never see you because, your rates are too high, and your not worth it, or they do not feel they should have to give you any info about themselves just to get some p***y, or that you have such a high and mighty attitude to be a W***E.
Most of these guys frequent SW's, which I do not want any part of, so they have that mentality. They just assume that we are all on that level.

For what it's worth:
I've been a hobbyist for a few years I still learn something new all the time. An experienced provider knows after the first communication if she wants this new client. In my opinion the issue always seems to be the lack of communication between the escort and the client.
I certainly understand that out of a hundred emails a day 95% of them are just a waist of time for some reason or the other. But the potential clients that are well established, have several excellent references and even some mutual friends that would add to the security of the new client still do not even get a reply email.
We (I) understand that time is always an issue but all it takes is a quick second to reply and say " I got your email and ?????" This would separate a respectable professional from a street walker trying to be a professional.
Especially during these troubling economic times (I can only assume that it affects providers as well) it would seem to me the established professionals would be eager to get a good client. I mean a clean, respectful and of course generous client. Then, when you do find a great client, remember to keep things entertaining (wink wink) and he'll keep coming back.
Ladies, even if you have seen a client a hundred times please don't get complacent and assume that he wont mind if you show up in cutoff jeans and a T-shirt (unless that’s his thing) no make up...etc. You get the point. Those original qualities are a factor that keeps him coming back.
Also, Ladies... if you do have a good client but he’s one who thinks he doesn’t need a shower and you don’t want to offend him by saying anything. PM me and I would be happy to make a suggestion that works about every time.
Gentleman, just because you sit in an office all day do not assume that you don’t need a shower before the company of a companion. Even if it’s a lunch date take time for a shower it will make for a better experience for the both of you. In my experience if you ask a companion if it's okay for a quick shower they would certainly agree. A five minute shower is a great start to the other 55 minutes.
Hell, most the companions I've seen are not clock watchers anyway so you'll never miss the few minutes. Then, when they do give you the extra time and (or) a first class service tip them appropriately. Don’t haggle the price then complain about the service. If your that broke you may want to consider another hobby.

Great post, I agree with everything you said. I even appreciate the fact that you brought up the shower thing. If I know they've been working all day, a lot of times, I'll ask clients if they would like to "jump in the shower with me" that usually takes care of the situation and they seem to enjoy it too (a good start for the "fun time" as well). We can always take a quick shower and you don't have to even get your hair wet, if you don't want to.
I'm very lucky to have a lot of good friends in Nashville. The biggest majority are great guys and we have respect for each other. It's rare that I see someone who is not a gentleman (but, it does happen on occasion). I still try to provide good service for them, but, I'm much more likely to spend extra time and have a mutually great experience with someone who knows how to behave like a gentleman (like you do, honey). I do try my best to answer all serious e-mails promptly, however, I will admit that I'm sometimes busy and I'll miss a day or two. I try to get to know all clients well and I have found that it's not only safer that way it usually leads to a better session too.
