Obviously, *everyone* in the hobby does NOT have a "BBFS regular"; I would even say that most hobbyists never BBFS, and many will refuse to see a provider they know to provide BBFS, even if they themselves use protection (indeed, there are certain to be hobbyists who use this subforum to build their "do not see" lists).

My advice is to grab a copy of the CDC's latest morbidity and mortality data, assemble a comparative risk profile ("would you skydive?" "would you eat FUGU?" "would you travel to Egypt", etc. Relative to "BBFS" and then decide where you stand on the issue; I can assure you, though, that providers do NOT do this.

It's tempting to make generalizations about the kind of providers who are likely to offer BBFS (all humans are pretty bad, but enthusiastic, analog computers), but of course such profiles are analytically meaningless without data.
