[QUOTE=Alex9990;2894785]The news from this week. Woman hired at Scores last less than 24 hours before being fired and arrested by JSO. I don't suspect she was a dancer. Haven't been there since they flipped to the Scores moniker.

It was comical to hear her swearing and the tickety, tackety of her running in her stilleto heels. We turned as she approached in bat-shit crazy rage. She flipped off one shoe and raised as if to strike. But was beaten to the punch. A swift upper-cut to the chin sent her flying up and backward out cold before she landed fortunately for her on a pile of flattened cardboard next to the dumpster. Wish they would have had cell phones back then to have a pic of her laying amongst the garbage. With absolutely no shame we guffawed all the way back to base. What this cop was fired for is just more p. C. / aclu bullshit. The gash in handcuffs behind her back kicked him twice. Where and how I grew up that makes her an idiot and earns her at the very least a trip to next Tuesday by way of the back of the hand. IMHO.

Subduing the prisoner, using proper methods and putting them in ankle chains would have been the proper course of action. Period.

That's sad if you felt the only course of action to deal with the female was to lay her out. I've been hit by a couple females in my days. Given the type of females we're speaking about are about 120 pounds, you can easily subdue them without throwing a punch. There are better ways for a man to handle an unruly female and morally speaking you shouldn't hit a female, maybe I'd understand hitting her back (not throwing the first punch) if she was 200 lbs and kicking your ass. I agree with the previous monger, you don't sound any better than the cop.

However, my feeling in general about this is if a woman attempts to inflict bodily harm on me, then I have every right to defend myself. I'm not talking about a cop beating somebody in handcuffs, I'm talking about any woman that raises a high heel and tries to hit me in the head with it. I saw a chick friend of mine punch a guy friend of mine in the stomach one time. She punched him really hard, he wasn't prepared, she knocked the wind out of him and laid him out. Later I told her; "If you ever do that to me, I'm hitting you back, and I'm hitting you really fucking hard. " She told me that "real men don't hit woman. " To which I answered "real men don't hit ladies. " If some chick comes at me with malice in her mind intending to do damage then she's bringing it on herself. If possible I will prevent them from hurting me without hurting them but that's only an if possible thing.
Sadly some chicks take that "real men don't hit woman" thing as a license to beat on men. I will have none of it.
Time after time in social experiments bystanders think it's funny when they see a woman hitting a man yet stop men from hitting women. In a few where the actors start with the woman beating the hell out of the guy the bystanders do nothing, then as soon as the guy pushes the woman or reacts to defend himself they intervene and stop him. Fully 40% of domestic violence is committed by women.
I don't advocate hitting women, I don't advocate hitting anybody actually unless you are under attack, then you ABSOLUTELY have the right to defend yourself.
My opinion,

She hits you, you hit her. The cops are called. Who stands a better chance of being arrested?
Even if you've documented the entire confrontation and secured "first in class" legal counsel that ultimately validates your claim. You still have the arrest record (battery, domestic battery, etc) that may remain.
And society doesn't look like kindly upon male batterers. Just look at male athletes and celebrities who get tagged. But we rarely hear of a female one.
Walk away. Even when every fiber in your being wants to "lay her out". Just walk away. If you hit her, you've stuck in a "tar pit" that you rarely emerge unblemished.
Just my 2 cents.
J4 me.
Herbvette, thanks for your service.

The very sad thing with this young, Peace and Love young Girl who attacked my fist with her face, is that if it had occurred a week earlier in a different place, with me or another Troop; she probably would have been chopped in half by a 12 gauge or a BAR burst. I will end by saying to those who offered good wishes - "thanks. But not necessary at this point. It was a long time ago", and besides; I was among the lucky; I made it home; too many did not.

I would agree that walking away whenever possible is always the best choice.
