Donald Trump is a career criminal. He described his modus operandi in the Access Hollywood tape, which matches her description of her experience.

He stole charity money for children with cancer and disabled veterans. He cheated people who did work for him. He faked financial forms to pay less taxes.

Just saying. I find it interesting. Joe Biden has told more lies than the last several presidents combined, and has destroyed the country. And we're focused on Trump? Blows my mind. I was just rewatching things Biden said about Afghanistan 20+ years ago, and what he says now, and how he's lied the whole time. The whole time.

I Also find it interesting that every time there's supposed dirt on trump, we end up finding he's innocent, and only to further find out the other party was involved. Russia collusion, omarosa and supposed racism, Ukraine supposed quid pro quo, and now the Stormy Daniels case which is falling apart on the democrats. Not to mention the unexplained $12 million from overseas adversaries. Seriously, and we're focused on Trump? Blows my mind.

And to see such blatent election interference on the part of Biden, just to keep Trump off the campaign trail. And ironically it's caused trumps poll numbers to climb at unprecedented levels, even in blue states! . Why? Because people are starting to see through the BS now. It's hilarious. You can't make this stuff up.

I'm neither republican nor democrat, I'm independent. But I can clearly see they're so afraid of trump and how he'll once again help our country, that they will relentlessly demonize and villianize him in the media any way they can. And even in the now two tiered system of justice that we now live in.

And I'll add this. In the bible, read John chapter 8, the woman who was caught in adultery. One theme screams off the page. And that is, if you're hell bent on hating someone, with such venomous hatred, you'll never see the real truth or even good in someone, because you've already made up your own mind. That bible passage displays so much hypocrisy on the part of those trying to crucify Him, it's not even funny. Just saying.

Getting found that he sexually assaulted and then defamed a woman so he has to pay her close to $90 million is not, "finding he's innocent".

Getting found by the courts that he filed false financial statements to cheat on taxes and loans and he has to pay close to $400 million is not, "finding he's innocent".

He is currently on trial for election finance fraud, and the grand jury that returned 33 indictments did not, "finding he's innocent".

There's still the GA, the FL, and the DC indictments whose grand juries did not, "finding he's innocent".

A police officer can ask you simple questions, like name, birthdate, hair color, where you are going / coming room, etc. If an officer asks you something that could potentially get you into trouble, they must read you your rights first. Any information gathered before your rights are given Can be inadmissible in court. Many people do not know this. If they start asking you questions about anything That could get you into trouble, answer them. Once you refuse to answer, you look guilty and they may go ahead and cuff you.

First encounter:

Fifteen years ago, I parked my vehicle outside an AMP. There were two patrol cars parked in the lot. I ascended the outside stairs and knocked. The door opened. Instead of a sexy angel appearing, a young, attractive policewoman asked me, "What do you want here? I told her I came to get a Chinese foot massage. Annoyed, she asked if I had come for sexual solicitation of an employee. Was she allowed to ask this?

I did not answer her question but asked her if she had ever enjoyed Chinese foot massage. I told her the masseuses in this place were famous for their skill and that she should try. Was this a mistake on my part?

The officer appeared perplexed and did not respond. Could she have arrested and charged me at that point?

I excused myself, turned, and walked back down the stairs. Could they have arrested me for leaving?

Second encounter.

About 18 years ago, I picked up a sweet thing on a Florida highway. I drove to her spot for dates. After arriving, she provided a delightful oral massage of my bursting organ and swallowed all of my nectar. After adjusting our clothes, but before I had paid for services, I noticed a patrol car approaching in my rearview mirror. During the minutes before the officer arrived, my new friend told me to tell the police that I knew her as a friend named xx and that we had parked there to chat. The officer, a woman, asked us for I'd. Did we have to provide I'd? I think so. We did.

The officer asked me what we were doing. Should I have refused to answer?

I recited the story that my friend had told me to recite. "I ran into my friend, . On the road, and we stopped here to chat. " Was it a mistake to answer this way?

The officer said something like, "We know that all she does is prostitution, and we saw her head in your lap from the hill over there. " Was she engaging in prostitution? " I don't remember my answer, but it either was explicitly negative or implied that I would never do such a thing. Was this a mistake on my part?

The officer gave us back our I'd and told me to leave. They took my companion into custody. I never heard from her or the police after this.

I was nervous about this for several months after the incident. Would it have been likely that the police would have summoned me to court?

Did the girl's alibi help her or me?

When it comes to cops, answer the questions you're legally obligated to answer, stick to 'I do not wish to discuss my day, under advice of my attorney and pursuant to my fifth amendment rights, I will not answer questions without them present', and then shut the f#ck up. Another very important statement, I do not consent to any searches or seizures. Even if you are being detained, make that statement. It will bite them in the ass 95% of the time.
