Yes. The Nicole's that I went to was on Old Monroe road. Same area as the Pizza Hut and Movie Theater.

I went yesterday and they had Jenni and Rose.

Standard normal tip with no push back. I guess it just depends on the girl. You just have to stand your ground and most of the time when they say ok this next time bring more its just their way of trying to get more. I don't feel it affects the experience because if the girl is a lame duck she is going to be a lame duck no matter how much you pay her. Most of the girls at these AMP are high volume so they trying to get you in and out asap.
