Since the partial reopening many spas have increased their prices and are more aggressive about tips. But the service has not improved. I had similar experiences to recent reports here, some asking for $60+. As always YMMV and there are a couple ok ones around but generally I consider this area done for. Save your $$ fellas. Let these businesses leave and maybe someday we will get a revamp. You work hard for your money and deserve better.

Any reports on Cha on Olive street rd. I tried to get in there Pre-Covid and they were super busy. There were good reports back.

I like Zen for the massage and much better table shower than other places. I am pretty sure the contact info is not to contact your wife or girlfriend. It is just to check the boxes. Fill out the forms to appease the stores that ask for them. As we all do, leave the boy scout honesty at the door. I fill them out but only put the information that I want them to have. If I recall, the last few ones I have filled out even pre COVID, I was Michael Jordan, Dwayne Johnson, John McEnroe and Jack Reacher. There are places for massage and places for extras.
