Length was to top of shoulders, or maybe shorter. Very straight hair. The key thing you notice about this girl is she is tall and very thin. I only saw her on two passes and was on the way to make the scoop when somebody else (Klove48?) beat me to her. I spotted this girl while she was at Payson and Wilkens.

There is a thing with long dark (maybe black) wavey hair and an obvious adam's apple. Tall, thin, seems to walk a lot between Scarey and Washington over to the Fulton and Wilkens. I've never seen this thing west of Fulton. I've watched poor unfortunate mongers pick it up.
