I managed to get into HT back in the day because they took P411, but I stopped mongering for a bit, and when I came back it was no longer acceptable. P411 also terminated all of their agency accounts which prob didn't help.

My strategy is to just to be patient and consistently request to be verified. Not enough to be annoying but maybe like once a month or so.

A few things to keep in mind before you spend more ink on CP BL Ag etc etc.

These agencies have always been tricky to get screened for; even downright opaque. If you send them a request for screening the most likely response in absolutely nothing.
