Don't know if I'll go by. No idea on the number of people who might be working there, or who will be bartending.

Speaking of. I dropped by that place (I think it's called "Desire") around the corner next to the gas station twice last week. The second time hoping it would be better. Both times were pretty much weak. Four girls working on a Thursday, but none really doing much. I tried again on Saturday night and there were only two girls working. One girl was on stage, and the other was looking for drinks. Meanwhile, the bartender was running straight up to anyone and everyone she came near and went straight to "do you want to do a lap dance? Half hour for $120". Overall: bust.

Tried to give it one more go tonight and there were still only two working.

The site was getting changed constantly, and then they changed the pay structure, and then they changed their own lifetime rules. It turned me off from even thinking about a membership (which is funny because I'd talked to BJ about a year and a half ago about setting one up, and then he pretty much disappeared). Then there was the mess at parties with girls not even showing up (this was before they made it pay only to get the schedule) to the place.

Yup. That place has ALWAYS been like that, even back when it was still Sherrie's. Constantly busting your balls to buy drinks and dances. They get a cut of the action, so this is why they do it. If the bartenders would give you a couple minutes to talk to the girl first, they might sell more drinks and such. That is why this place is a no go for me anymore.

I only spend money in places that are a good value to me personally, which is why for example I don't patronize places where you absolutely can't touch dancers. That's a barrier that turns me off. It's not a good value to me personally and it's not in line with my values or philosophy. Other people will obviously differ, so do what works for you, but don't hesitate to walk away if a club or anything else is not providing good value based on what you like.

I have not heard of the block reopening yet. I think it has been almost a month. I drove by last weekend and it looked like a ghost town. Anyone have any updates?

Mill stream inn is open also a lot of dancers have resorted in dancing outside clubs.

I met a couple of lovelies who were open to the idea of carry out and that made my stay wonderful. About 2 weeks later the block closed again. I met two of the girls in the Circus. They didn't have track marks so I don't think that they injected drugs at least. I met the other girl at the Harem. That was more dicey. The guy who manages there keeps a close eye on the girls to make sure they don't do carry out, so you have to be real careful and keep the eyes in the back of your head open.
