There are plenty of generic options, and they are legal to order online, but neither are yet available over the counter, so if the company you buy them from does not require a prescription, there is something at least somewhat shady going on. I can help them out by selling smaller quantities at a decent rate, and selling them helps me go through them before the expiration date.

It only lasts about 2.5 hrs for me and that's a full 100 mg tab. I tried Cialis and my vision went blurry for days and probably permanently damaged my vision in my left eye, so I've never taken it again. The best way to buy Viagra with a prescription I think is getting the generic 100 mg, which with my insurance is about $8 a pill, and most can just nibble a quarter or a half a pill at a time. I take a half pill minimal for my needs. Works well. But in my experience, if you take more than you need, you will get a damn hard erection but actually cumming had been a problem. Couldn't finish, until later when it had "worn off" quite a bit. That's just my personal experiences.

And, I can only get an "8-day supply", or 8 pills at a time. Why, I don't know if that's an insurance thing, my personal doctor's thing or some law I'm unaware of. It's effective for a couple days compared to Viagra only effective for a couple of hours.

I take it late in the evening 11:00 pm or later every night. For me the dosage took a couple of days to get going but now I am getting morning wood and things happen when they need too.
I take the dose at night because it makes me flush a little bit in the face for a couple of hours and I do not notice it when I sleep.
Cialis has an additional "side effect" of helping the stream. Which is great for us old guys.
I got the prescription from my personal physician and have it filled at Walmart pharmacy. Of course insurance does not cover. But it is only. 50 per 5 mg pill for the generic Tadalafil.
Been working for about a year now. Although your own experience may vary.

It depends on the generic, and your body chemistry, etc. YMMV. However, the upside is that it lasts longer, but YMMV on how long and depends on how many mg. So it can take anywhere from 2-24 hours to Fully set in (usually at least 4 for many), but it can last anywhere from 2-5 days. Personally, I've had generics of 20 mg (high) from overseas take about 12 hours to solidly set in for myself, but once set in, it lasted a week. Breaking off a piece that'd equate to about 5 mg? Would last me about 3 days but take close to a full day to solidly set in. I took the US generics, they weren't any different / better.
Viagra is great because it'll hit you, like, within an hour or so. To be fair, there's versions of "Cialis" that are "fast acting" to compete. Haven't tried those. But the cheap Viagra versions will get you quick -- but burn out quick. The ones I have used I still had some extra "juice" from them for an extra day, but for most people, it lasts 12-24 hours.
So if you usually rely on the pills, it's good to have both laying around. If you know massage girls are going to be beating Mr Happy like a red-headed stepchild all weekend long, right after you get out of work on Friday, take Cialis Thursday night.
