I know exactly where thats at. The bus stop right up against the Court House. Thats where some like to hang out, but its a pain trying to pick them up from that location. You have to turn onto Calvert Street and stop, and you're not supposed to stop on that side of Calvert (reserved spaces along the street at the C.H.), so you have to hope they quickly get in before a cop comes around the corner and buzzes you off or gives you a hard time.

For those novice mongers (or those having their first experiences with this activity) that have not taking the advice to RTFF before running out into the city and capitalize on the mistakes made by other mongers before them. Well you are just asking for trouble with the law. Rule #1 has always been and will always be NEVER discuss anything through the window or outside. You can pull up and talk to the SW, ask for directions, offer a ride, even compliment them on their appearance (which sometimes works as a bargaining chip later when you actually do negotiate the fee and service). Most SWs realize what mongers are doing talking code like this; they also want to cover their own asses and will not initiate discussion of terms until you do. Have them hop in and drive off. If the ***** resists getting in, or wants to talk money before upfront, RUN. 50% of the time you will find out it's undercover LE; I found that a significant portion of the remaining 50% are girls that take the money upfront and rob you of your service (or provide the worst service known to man); it has been my experience that very rarely girls that discuss terms through the window or upfront provide an excellent service.

So being real bored I spent some time going over the loops more than a few times last night.

There are over 275 pages for a reason - all that you ask is chronicled there; but since you were so polite and asked so nicely, I'll fill you in on a few things.

First, the really hot women in B-more stroll the area just of The Block near Fayette and President streets. The trick here is to circle the block a number of times until you find the right SW. Don't be dissuaded; keep circling. Eventually you will spot the winner. At that point, your best bet is to honk your horn repeatedly; this will get their attention and let them know you mean business. After that, make sure you talk to the SW through your car window BEFORE you let her in. This will do two things: first, it will help you get a great deal and determine an agreed upon price for services beforehand and second, it will prevent you from having the wrong SW jump into your car.
