Once the Hotels over on Capital decided to clean up a little It seems like all the bad apples migrated to New Bern. And once the bad apples hang around for awhile with nobody clearly trying to make an effort to throw them away they attract more bad apples and then you get a situation like the current state of New Bern. New Bern used to be a low-key spot to see providers because the majority of the providers was over on Capital.
