Just wanted to give a yell out to avoid Complete Service Encounters agency (703) 266-8188 if your ever in the Reston/Sterling VA area. I should have known better then to call an agency but my little buddy's brain was working instead of my own. Plus I usually have luck but not this time. Gave a call and said I wanted a mature provider which they did. She wasn't bad looking at all. When she arrived I left the envelope of cash just like I usually do. She took it and called the agency to let them know it's okay. Then when she asked what we wanted to do I told her I wanted some physical intimacy instead of straight out saying it. Then she tells me that prostitution is against the law and that she is an escort and that she can "escort" out and about and she can be a partner outside in public but can't stay in the room. I was thinking "WTF?! " So I told her I'm sorry I wasted her time and to be fair I said you can keep some of the money and give me the rest back but she said no and that since I paid for the time I can reschedule for another lame ass session. I'm thinking might as well since I paid for that time. Anyway I'm just angry at myself for wasting that money for nothing. At least my overtime pay will replace it. Anyway I'm hoping with this post I can warn our other hobbyist to avoid them like the plague.

I remember calling one asking if she was Full Service, and she said she was, but to them, their definition of 'full service' was to go out for drinks or dancing or 'whatever'.

Thanks for the post. Wish more people would post this kind of information. Doesn't always have to be the positive experience, avoiding BS stuff is good information, too.

Same experience in 2003. She came over and just said we can hang out, at midnight not much hanging out to do. I asked her why she woud come over if she knew there was nothing to do.
