Before Humaniplex (HX) the site was called *******z. There was another name before ******z I believe as well?

Also try creating different user names following their guidelines. The login is based on your email address. Use your new email address to create a new username / password. If you had a previous HX account and got excom'd, you're SOL.

I've been wrong before, so dunno if that has had an effect on his issue.
