Who is going to ask or look into it? The IRS doesn't track debt payments. When I was betting sports pretty heavily and doing well I'd walk into a Wells Fargo and pay mortgage in cash no one every asks questions.

Isn't the rule of thumb is to never deposit anything over $10 k into an account at one time? Anything over $10 k gets reported to the IRS.
