People thought it was a scam / LEO for a long time and it just now started to get some positive reviews.

There were a number of positive reviews here when the Chinese site was posted. I was one of them. Then everybody got interested in Apple and Asian Hollywood and the mentions died down.
I went back a couple times without posting a new review, but stopped mostly because it's almost a 2-hour round trip for me.

Google that number 614-Xxx-9309 shown in the messaging app and notice it comes back to an actual active ad.
Could be something, or it could be nothing.

Is this apt building the actual location, and is the number in the add the actual number, or do you have know someone who knows someone.
Of course you have to contact them first. 1. to set up the date and time. 2. Get the donation requested, 3. Get the apt number once you have arrived. Yes the number is the actual number. How would clients contact them if it was not?
