Discovered this new opened gem off San Jose Blvd. The spa is absolutely amazing; well decorated, very clean, and large comfortable rooms. You need to ring the doorbell to be granted entry. I like this aspect of the business. The MT told this is because they are trying to deliver a relaxing and un-rushed experience. Since this was the Grand Opening, there was a table set up with water, coffee, and soda. The restroom is large and clean with a very nice shower for customer use. Another aspect that I find appealing is that all the massage materials, oils and hot towels, were already in the room so there was no interruptions to get more stuff. The staff is very welcoming and professional, and completely dedicated to providing an enjoyable and relaxing session. After my session, I was informed that they really want to keep to an appointment only schedule, so calling is going to be your best option especially if the MTs are busy with other customers. It really seems like their primary concern is the customer currently being served, and I absolutely respect that. There is no doubt that I will be visiting Soul Spa again.
