Forget the verbage, but I think its getting to be pretty standard in a lot of cities in the area.

Also, it sounds like you get assigned a massage therapist. Dunno if that is from a pool of therapists that service all 3 of their areas (two LA, one OC), forcing you to drive out to one of the locations. Lastly, a site that uses fake or "borrowed" pictures seems shady to me, so they could easily just take your money and run.
Extra research: the site was just launched less than 4 days ago.
