Looking to hook up with AMBER this am, I drove to Baltimore, I called AMBER, but she must have run out of minutes and I could not get through, I circled AMBER's stroll twice looking either for her or SHANNON, but neither were out. I have heard from two sources now that a few LEO alert individual SWers on Dundalk Ave to stings -- motivated by incentives I'll leave to your imagination. It doesn't sound too smart, but they've been at it for a while and seem deft enough at their game to leave little evidence. Today I heard that particular SWers are targetted by LE, watched patiently and then pounced on (along with a monger). I'm not sure how this much information will specifically help anyone, but if I get anything that would, I'll refer back to this post. Stay alert.

Finally got some time to take a ride tonight. First rode through B / CB, nothing happening. Then rode through W / W, not much going on. Saw Annie on Wilkens and Monroe called her number as I passed to arrange a more discreet pick up location but went to a voicemail acct. Rode back around the block and made the scoop. I think Mongerel meant that the FBI (the Feds) would not have any business arresting Johns or SWs in Baltimore. That's strictly the jurisdiction of the Baltimore City Police. But yes, the BCP conducts plenty of undercover activities and arrest both parties in these operations.
