It's been over a year since my last visit, though. Unfortunately, most of the providers I saw were not attractive. They were a bit older too, but I don't have a problem with age, as long as they look good. However, I know these places have high turnover rates, so I'm not sure what their staff is like now. The one thing I don't like is the walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling. They removed themselves from Rub Maps a long time ago. You can verify my claims by looking them up on Adult Search.
As for other places in Gaithersburg and Germantown, I don't know. I've visited one time each to Sunshine Day Spa, DD Spa (right next door to iHeart) and Waterall Spa a long time ago, but didn't have any luck.

-iHeart is dirty! I've watched them put my sheets right back on again immediately after and not change or clean the head / face rest cover. During covid this is especially concerning.
-The basic moco extras are sometimes available, but generally the providers are very old and unattractive and mechanical and honestly rude about the whole thing.
-as ClydeJon mentioned, they don't have "rooms" and the pseudo walls don't go all the way up. There is a kind of far-in-the-back area that they seem to take regulars.
