Go get some Avery Business cards and print up something like "Cruising John's Real Estate Investing". Carry a small camera in your car. Get a map and a small spiral notebook then list some addresses in it. Take some photos of the beautiful run down houses in the hood. Now you're ready.
Some beautiful babe gives you the eye, you pull over and ask for directions. Ask her if she's from the area and is she familiar with housing and yada yada yada. If she suggests sex while outside the car, thank her politely and say "no", you're just trying to get a handle on the area for investment reasons. Give her one of your bogus business cards, tell her if she's ever interested in buying a house you'll be glad to help her, then drive away.
If she's a hooker, she'll jump in your car and tell you to take off. It only makes sense, because if she's for real, the longer she stands talking to you, the more likely she is to get busted.
This whole ruse was detailed exhaustively about a year ago, and I can't remember by whom, but the Cooch has used it since then. Never needed it, but I sure am ready when they do stop me.

Over several years I have seen many times the Milwaukee county LE and unmarked cruisers stopping motorist on North Ave. and other places searching them and the vehicle most likely for booze, drugs or guns so apply common scents when driving into a stroll area. the dumbest one that I noticed had no working tail lights or license plates leaving himself wide open for LE investigation and what do you tell them if they stop you? "many things can be thought up" and if you check out ok they most likely will send you on your way.
Unless it's a sting the SW will watch you loop around the block and walk down the side street to meet you she dose not say anything until she gets in and you drive off.

Now I hope we have cleared all of this up and remember after Easter with warmer weather things pick up in night life around the city :)

I keep my strolls as far apart as possible, trying to not pass through the exact same spots or keeping my repeat passes though an area at least 10-15 minutes apart.
And if I pass by any parked LE cruisers or overhead cop cameras I usually try keep a mental note and adjust my routes apropriatly on the way back though as well, so I dont draw attention as a cruiser.
I hear the National stroll is picking up again, especially between 12th & 30th. I found a damn nice one there the other night by the McDonald's.

I don't usually post here, I post in Madison but the chat lines are almost all Milwaukee ladies so I took a trip to Milwaukee and met up with a nice looking spinner. She was what she said she was as far as looks very nice and sweet black girl. Just wanted to let you guys know how good you have it in Milwaukee.

Glad to know that you found something of use to hobbyist in Milwaukee. I browse Madison CL and wonder why we lack similar picks here in Milwaukee. I end up driving an hour your way for CL girls. Milwaukee is a bigger city (compared to Madison), so why the lack of flesh marketing on CL.

The problem is a lot of the Madison CL ads are fake now days. Fake pics. Cam girls. Even fake phone numbers lately. And the real CL providers are now starting to raise their prices, in part because the pimps are jumping in.

My opinion would be, Madison is deadsville for the hobby no street action that I could see on there little several block stroll and the strip club scene is even worse. One strip club in the whole city? and no offers of take out? and yes C/L is for web cams and cyber sex people who never hook up in the real nothing like the old days of Mad City.
Although Milwaukee has it's problems with a over active LE and now Waukesha county LE is also stepping in on C/L and they really got the force behind them with there stings. For LE as long as they can keep busy busting there is no recession for them.
