There are/were several girls who used that number and another and stayed at that place and several others. one was in marlboro/Milford (just off 495) and another further out west. I believe the names were Lucy, Rose and I believe a 3rd one. And yes they were cute and good but as you said a little expensive. That's interesting, because FWIW, a couple months ago I called someone off of eros listing herself as being in Somerville.
