Hi Guys.
I am just an old guy from a little north of you. Going to be headed to Pegion Forge for a week in the middle of March. Is there any providers or Massage places there? I cannot find anything. I need something to do while the better half is shopping or sleeping in.

If you stay at one of the nicer hotels, MAYBE they will offer some sort of in room massage which will be totally legit.
The authorities there pretty much run that place with an iron fist in terms of keeping up appearances as a family friendly destination. Just don't pay attention to the meth and opiod problems raging there.
Occasionally, you may see a traveling girl or one of the Knox ladies set up there for a few days. Totally a crap shoot.
Occasionally, you do hear of somebody convincing one of the Knox girls to do an outcall there. Sure that would cost you an arm and a leg though.
Honestly, your best bet may be to sneak off to Knox for a few hours while (I assume?) The wife or s / o is occupied with something else, is taking a nap, etc.
