Totally agree. Lots of posts on the forum regarding the tipping issues with Lucy but the massage alone is worth them price of admission. After reading the reports I had JiJi on the brain so I texted and set up an appointment. I've only been to that area once to visit someone in Luna's circle. She heard me walking up the stairs and had the door open as I made it to the landing. I didn't expect her to be quite that thick but it wasn't too much. It seems specific to minors. The overwhelming majority of dreams I see posted in the beltway, and ads posted, are about women in their 30's and 40's pretending to be in their 20's and 30's.

In the hands of police (which may vary widely by jurisdiction) this law makes a rub and tug a prostitution bust. For everyone. After July 1st. That's something LE can't do today as only penetrative sex carries that charge. Under the current law it's not even clear if getting a handjob is illegal and no one is busted for just that. After July 1st it will be prostitution for provider and monger. Today they have to catch them doing or offering FS. After July 1st they just have to catch them giving a HE.
This law will give LE the tool they need to put AMP's out of business, and that's what they (with the support of politicians) intend to do.
