These could be decoys if these workers are as you described and especially if they are new faces. Typical LE tactic is to clear out known area of monger interest and then bring in decoys. I can't get to the Triangle for a week or so but it would be nice if someone experienced with the workers could check and see if this influx are new faces.
Call me paranoid but better to be called paranoid than prisoner.

Unless the rare one out there that doesn't have a sweet tooth, which would be harder to spot than a Unicorn on Haines. You will find a couple on 4th but few & far in-between. It was prime real estate in the 90's, if you spent about 20 more but it was well worth it. Central is dead, 34th and corresponding streets also. Do these SW's get a stimulus also? But that helped them take a vacation they been putting off! And I don't mean at their Uncle LEO's place!

34th street not much better, nothing happening there either.
