I have not personally used this. So I can not speak for cost or effectiveness. I have heard of guys using throw away trac phones for mongering, but this may be as good or better. I use a GV # which is 100% anonymous but it is not a real disposable unless I sign up for a new account every time I want a new number or the fee to port a new number. Anyway, just wanted to pass on the info.

The best advice I like in this post is not paying until the end. If you get busted in the middle or are disrupted you never paid for anything even if they find the money (They would have to arrest you to search in your pockets!) you first of all don't have to say a damn thing even if you are arrested. Say you want a lawyer or ask if your being charged with something? (don't be an asshole! Be polite with the officer it will help you in the long run. Don't trust what the cop tells you she said he is most likely lying!)
Hint for the ladies if you are busted in your home the police will ask you for your address don't give it to them if you admit it is your home and you were doing something illegal in it you just gave the police a green light to search your home because it is being used for illegal activities. Plus you just added to your charges using a place for illegal activities. Ask for a lawyer!
A friend once asked me why I see girls in the middle of the week at night and not on weekends I will tell you why. Try to fight it probation is a removal ones ones rites and gives the police permission to mess with you at anytime and any place they wish.
-You can't ask for a lawyer because you don't get a chance to fight the charges very much your going to jail most likely and without a trial. If your probation is 3 years your going to jail for 3 years even if the original offense would have maximum of 6 months if convicted.
Hope some of this is helpful biggest thing is the cops have to prove you did something wrong make them prove it! The cops don't give you a better deal for helping them they will say they will reduce charges if you help them they are lying! Police are allowed to lie to get you to convict yourself and anyone else. Keep your mouth shut it's there job to convict you not yours!

Entrapment is about the Government enticing you to do something that you as an ordinary law abiding citizen under ordinary circumstances would not do. As any defense lawyer will tell you it is not the Governments job to try and test the morality or veracity of it's citizens.
This is why when LE puts a decoy on the trail they do not put them in short shorts and a low cut halter top. They put them in jeans and a t-shirt or a dress.
So do you stop your car every time you see a pretty girl in public and offer her a ride? When she says what do you want to do? Do you answer her? If she asks you do you have twenty for the head or 60 for sex do you say yes? Do you see why that is not entrapment? The average citizen doesn't stop his car when he sees a women on the street so if you do and you answer the questions, get ready to call someone to bail you out. They don't get everybody but they are happy with 30-40 guys a week it gets TV and newspaper coverage, and the citizens think the police are protecting them, ever notice how channel 9 just happens to be there during a bust.
Ask yourself how many burglaries are solved or murders if there is no direct connection to the victim, no the tough ones are not solved, they pick the low hanging fruit and that is the uneducated monger.
When they do a B / P sting there is either no pictures at all or the pics show a fully covered girl or girls, this way when they present the evidence in court there is no question of entrapment. Lets be honest here most guys trap themselves by running their mouth and asking questions or asking for illegal services and offering to pay for them and when approached by LE they try and talk themselves out of it, the cops really can get all the arrests they want because of uneducated mongers or mongers who let their guard down too early into the transaction either over the phone or in person.

I've only seen 2 or 3 providers (other than AMPs). Many will know who I am talking about by the description of events. She asks you to wash your hands, and then take your clothes off and lay down. The card with cash has already been placed on the dresser. Are you innocent because she gave instructions to take your clothes off? I don't think so. Do Not Ask Questions about anything here in this forum until you read at least 6 months of post in every section. If you get arrested give them your name and ask for an attorney, Keep your mouth shut. If you get robbed give them whatever, leave as quickly as you can, call the hot line to turn the robbers in and then get to a computer or phone as fast as you can to warn others.

-You can't ask for a lawyer because you don't get a chance to fight the charges very much your going to jail most likely and without a trial. If your probation is 3 years your going to jail for 3 years even if the original offense would have maximum of 6 months if convicted.

The cops don't give you a better deal for helping them they will say they will reduce charges if you help them they are lying! LEO can and will arrest you for any reason they want to. Whether the conviction sticks or not is up to the lawyers and judge, and sometimes a jury. Photos do not mean you're safe. There was way too much to put in one post so I divided it up. Okay you have started hobbling and you find that perfect lady for you. Now the thrill of a new lady every time can be addicting but for now let's talk about your ATF the girl you want to see say weekly. RULES.

However do not try and get the price so low that she has no desire to see you because she can make more seeing someone else.
Many providers who are on BP are living in their hotel rooms. You can almost always bet that someone is staying there with her. Do you really expect for these providers to live in hotels without companionship of some kind, management, boyfriend, girlfriend or maybe even a lap dog. If you do not like that then move in with her and be her SO.
Here is the hottest topic on of all, Pricing. Without starting a war just let me say this. A low volume provider who only sees 3 to 5 clients a week is more than likely to be into her play time with you then the provider who sees 5 clients a day. Now add to that, you are one of these guys and you see her every week. This has the making of some very hot times.

A lot of the former government run probation services are today run by private companies. Thus the financial incentive to keep you on probation as long as possible. VOP for these companies can double or triple their income. Your probation ends early so does the funding for these private companies. The longer and the deeper they can keep you and bury you "in the system", the more $ for them. Follow the money trail and it all makes sense (and dollars). Spending money up-front for a real criminal defense attorney will save you more in the long run when compared to the Probation Obstacle Course which is set up today for your failure.

How many of you knew about that little "gem" of a law? The same law applies if you flash your lights at oncoming traffic to warn other drivers of a speedtrap. I watched for awhile and the same girl was out again about 5 min. Later but she didn't snare anybody so they put another tall chick with a t-shirt smoking a cigarette out there and Bingo another monger popped! I got sick and left. For starters the police do not have free reign to search anyones house because criminal activity went on there. If a provider is arrested in her home and admits its her house, it does not give the police the authority to search her entire home. They would need a search warrant for that.
As for getting arrested on a weekend, its nonsense, that you can't get a lawyer or post bail. Most low level arrests have pre set bail amounts and you can be out in hours. Not to mention your comment about only getting legal aide and being better off pleading guilty. Who pleads anything, guilty or not guilty, as soon as they are arrested.
As far as probation and what it involves, I do not know where you got your information but you have no clue to what you are talking about. For starters, NO ONE, not the police, not your probation officer, no one has the right to enter anyones residence just because you are inside. Just because you are on probation and you enter someone elses home, that person does not give up his constitutional rights and no one is allowed to enter that residence without a warrant, merely because you are inside.
As for probation, it matters greatly to what the terms of your probation are. It can say you can't drink or take drugs and must submit to random drug testing by your probation officer. If you fail a test, he can violate you and you get arrested for violating your probation and go in front of a judge. YOU HAVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO A LAWYER AND A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE, to see if the court, not your probation officer or police officer, believes you violated your probation. Then, if it is found that you have violated your probation, it moves on to the penalty phase. It could mean jail, a fine, an extension of your parole or nothing.
Your statement that if you have 3 years probation, and the maximum sentence for the crime you pleaded guilty to is 6 months, you go away for 3 years is idiotic. Your probation will normally not exceed the length of time that you could be put in jail for the crime. If some how you agree to 3 years probation for a misdemeanor that has a maximum sentence of 6 months, even if you are found to have violated your probation, you CAN NOT go to jail for longer then 6 months.
I think you have watched one to many cop shows. You are for sure confusing PAROLE and PROBATION. A probation officer does not have unlimited access to you or your home. Can only enforce what your probation agreement states. An example is that if your probation terms do not mandate drug testing, he can not make you take a drug test. He can not just enter your home whenever he wants, and forget about entering anyone elses home without a warrant.
AS for PAROLE, that is a totally different game and while on PAROLE, you do give up many rights. Your PAROLE officer can enter your home, but CAN NOT enter someone elses home without a warrant merely because you are inside. A person on PAROLE loses some rights but his friends, family, and other homeowners DO NOT.
If you were really told by 3 lawyers, what you posted I strongly suggest you find new lawyers.
