This is why I allowed my guest's to nonchalantly leave their gift on the table and pick it up at ome point after our date, because I had a sense of trust, moreover, confidence because of their signature and reference's on this forum. I feel as a professional artist this was my way of making the donation the "least" important aspect of our date. But this has all came to a sudden stop tonight due to a member on this site walking out on our date without paying. Drove an hour home from my location without answering his 50 phone call's from me, nor calling me to tell me he made an honest mistake. I am reporting him on this site and other's to prevent this from happening again and putting my fellow provider's in this AWFUL AND MOST INVADING situation in the future. I realize collecting my gift should be my responsibility, however that is not the way Blake operate's, giving her guest's a real experience without the stress of the donation. This is a lesson learned and from now on I will respectfully accept my gift first and foremost.

Now that he has been named (oldgoober) , perhaps we will find out if there is another side of the story. Based on his posts, he appears to be a senior who has always defended the rights and dignity of providers. Seems inconsistent with this allegation.

I promise if I wasn't locked down in my seat belt, I would have totally lost my shirt as I passed all 60 of the vehicles in your convoy that were doing 40 mph on I-40.

He has yet to contact me nor make any attempt to make this right, I did a reference check and I checked his signature on this forum.

But since this is apparently behavior that is inconsistent with the guy's history, is it possible that he just forgot to leave the donation, and turned his hobby phone off after the meeting. Try contacting him by PM, email or some method other than the phone. I know my hobby phone is normally turned off unless I'm actively working to make contact with a provider. And I'm embarrassed to say that I have left a session without paying. Fortunately, I realized my error before I got to the car, and hurried back to take care of it before she called to remind me.

I agree Scup, maybe the benefit of the doubt and a follow up by Blake is in order. I sold a car once and the buyer turned to stroll out of my office and I had to stop him and say "Excuse me but you forgot to give me the cashier's check!" He was embarrassed and reached into his pocket and pulled it out.

And I've got to tell Blake that the providers who are casual about the gift and deal with us in a spirit of trust are SO preferred. I hope she retains that way of dealing with people. It would be a shame if this truly caused her to become cynical.
