It was basically some non-sense BS alternative treatment where she touches 2 parts of the body (like ankle and thigh or back and arm) and talks about how they are connected and does shitty light "massage" on it. And then says it needs further treatment for next session.

2. She would not stop asking me questions! Like normal questions about the massage and then statements that end in. "Do you feel that" or "do you understand". It was so annoying. And she talks in such a soft spoken voice that I can barely hear her so it really takes you out of the massage zone.

The other half of my combo was myofascial, hot stone, and Thai, and that part was really good! That was why I was super frustrated at the end. She has good massage technique but used half of the time to do the BS thing. I was draped the entire time, except for the area being worked on, but she did massage the inner thigh and did the Thai stretch part where my "guy" fell out multiple times. If I had the full hour of Thai, hot stone, and myofascial I would be very satisfied even without a "release". Not sure if I'll revisit. Don't see any extras offered but maybe going multiple times might yield different results / YMMV.

Cost: 1.17 (discount for first timer)/ hr otherwise 1.20 or 1.30 depending on massage.
