That's why it was so hard to shut them down in the first place. They had information bouncing all over different servers. As far as I can tell the best remaining site is STG. A lot of fake ads but a few real ones. And there are providers I've met over the years (Autumnbun; JewsieJu) who seemed to use that as their main platform for advertising.

I've notified them and asked them to remove her profile as well. I'm not sure how deceased people get all of their old social media updated or removed. I know some people have the log-in information in their will, and things like Facebook sites become memorial sites.
On a personal note, my brother died about 15 years ago, and every now and again, friends and acquaintances post 'happy birthday', and it's been X years since. Some of the living like the connection, and it allows them to signal friends and family. I've got more than a few dead people on my feed, and I notice similar interactions.
