First, let me apologize for not providing enough details about this young lady. Perhaps, if I include enough info, you can determine if its worth contacting me for contact info. The FBI does enforce the Mann Act, and uses it against organized crime. The FBI is the entitiy that raided the offices of Escort Com, and hauled away all of their files, and the justice departments investigation of that company lead to them discontinueing reviews and editing their website, and now they are closing it.
