Let's Stop Playing "Let's Pretend" about this 'town up north.' If LE is on the move and they have citizen groups observing, the word is out. So here it is, the name of the town in question is Austin, Indiana. Be careful.

LOL I couched the town in those vague terms in a sarcastic fashion due to controversy sparked on this board a couple of years ago. But Austin Indiana is a little town about 35 miles north of the river on I-65.

I has a population of around 4,500 people, and a higher prostiute level per capita of most places in the Louisivlle area. I have lived in the area all of my life. It used to be a mongers paradise, but the town incorporated into a city, they elected a get tough on crime mayor, and things dried up rather quickly.

They cannot hold the girls in jail forever, and recenlty the turned a whole bunch loose; so the pickings are good. Seems that the locals enjoyed the haitus from the activity, and they are now aggresively monitoring traffic in the North end of town.

If you go, be very careful. Do not pick up the girls in view of the porch sitter, moped riders, and golf cart drivers. The have an ordiance against stopping on the street and will charge you with obstructing traffic. This gives them cause to hassle you and your occupants. Some of these girls travel with their medicine. You don't want to have your car towed for that. I have witnessed this happening several times.

I wont be mongering there any longer because of my experience. It might actually be better for non-locals now.

Maybe like a month ago I was driving on Preston, a few blocks south of Fern Valley, because I was checking out a store down there. I saw 2 definite SWs getting hassled by LEO around 430PM. One of them was quite good looking, in her mid 30s maybe, and the other was pretty big and not as good looking. I went to my store and came back, and LEO had just let the girls go and they were walking away, presumably towards one of those many apartment complexes in the area. I also saw a couple other potential SWs in the vicinity too. This area has been mentioned before as a SW spot, but there arent many actual reports really. I never really check out this area, but apparently you can find girls over there since there's all those low-income apartments over there. There was even a report on the news about the heavy SW presence. I'm not sure what times are best, but I think that LEO patrols the areas pretty heavily and it might even be kind of unsafe at certain places and times. Anyone have any reports?

BTW, I checked out this area again like a week later and I didn't see anything. I bet the action is better after dark but I've never been there at that time.

That there are women banging on doors at all hours of the night wanting to bang for bucks! Alledgedly the front desk person lets these girls know who the out of town contractors are. Just what I have heard I cannot confirm it since I have never been a out of town contractor!

Preston hwy in the "south end", well pickins are slim. They have been slowly but surely closing the apt's behind the food mart. Also this has been the place of several lmpd stings. Never go into an uptown suite with a SW! Indian trail is dry and I have really not seen anything on preston in months (this excludes the downtown area) I hate to say this but its a waste of time as is bardstown road at 264 a once okay spot. But I have seen increased action down on 7th past B. U

All this aside consistency could produce results. Its worked for me.

This area had a lot of attention several months ago.

I did not get real close but there were there for atleast 1/2 hour or longer!

I found her on 25th, and golly gee whiz she gives a great bbbbjcim!

I was out the 3rd between 9-11 saw nothing but a lot of LEO in all the regular spots 4th st. portland, ormsby etc.

Also was out last night around midnight (the 4th) in the same places and once again it was dead!
