I am not sure which of these it was. What I am sure of is that I was laying on the bed naked in the Notel when she (still dressed) asked me for the condom and the $. When I gave it to her she pushed me down on the bed and whipped out a badge (which was definitely real) and identified herself as UCLE.

You are immediately wondering why I would be stupid enough to follow her to her room, and I can tell you that isn't how it went down. What actually happened, if in fact she was truly UCLE changes the game for all of us. Let me start at the beginning.

I was on my way home, went through the old HG on Fig, saw nothing of interest, a couple of BSW that looked way too young, so I turned on Florence to head over to Western. I had driven about a block, in the middle lane when this girl in a white Toyota 4 Runner pulls along side and asks me how I am. She yells pull over and let's talk, so I pull to the curb, but she goes further up the block and pulls into a carwash stall, so I pull along side. She gets out of the 4 Runner and jumps into my passenger seat, exposes one of her breasts (nice see cups) to give me a good look. Then she asks me if I want to have some fun for $50. I ask where and she has me drive to a Notel on Hoover. I get the room ($35) and we go in. I go take a piss and she says I should undress, so I do. This is where we get to what I described at the start. Obviously once I see the badge, I am worried about jail, even though I know this is a best a misdemeanor and I would probably get OR'd, but she has threatened that they will tow and impound my vehicle, and I am some 40 miles from home. She empties my pants pockets, takes the cash in my wallet, calls for back up and sends my DL# to them to check to see if I have any warrants (I don't). Just then I get a text from some girl, and she confiscates my cell phone and claims that this girl's text is further evidence that I frequently pick up SW and she will have to call her partner to take me in. At this point she throws me my t-shirt and briefs, so I can cover myself.

After about five minutes, she says let me turn off my body mic. Then she says that she can give me a $1000 ticket and I won't go to jail or have my vehicle impounded. This is a lot of money, I had about $400 with me, but I am $600 short. She says we will get into her UC vehicle, now being driven by another female LE (supposedly). She has my wallet, keys and cell phone, so who am I to argue. First we go to a service station with an ATM, but it has a $200 limit. Next we go to the drive thru ATM at Chase and she realizes that what I told her about a $500 daily limit on ATM withdrawals is true, since I can only get $300 more which leaves me $100 short. Here is where it gets weird and I get suspicious. She has her partner drive me to the Sheikkh store on Imperial and Hoover where they go on a $470 shopping spree at my expense. This takes the better part of two hours, whereupon they finally return me to my vehicle and speed off, with a final warning never to pick up SW.

Even if they are just ROB, everyone needs to beware of two Black girls, one fairly cute white top, black bra, tight fitting pants, and her "partner" much less attractive, driving a white Toyota 4 Runner. If they really were UCLE, then the limits of what decoys can and will do have changed drastically, and most of our rules in this forum will not keep you even remotely safe.

I would say I was entrapped, because she drove along side me on the street, Florence Avenue, not Figueroa, LBB, or Western and aksed me to pull over to talk to her, whereupon she exposed her breast, and asked me to date her, even quoting a price.

I would welcome anyone else's take on this. I was out about $1400 but at least I got to go home in my car, with no paper record being made.

Maybe she was just looking for some extra Christmas cash and saw an opportunity. All I know is that I was naked and she had a badge, so I was just worried about my life being ruined. The money was a little more than 1/3 a month's pay. I can make that back because I still have a job, and will still have a pension. If I were arrested formally, all bets are off on that.

It happened exactly as I described, I don't have any reason to make it up. Everyone should be on the lookout for two Black chicks ina white Toyota 4 Runner and give them a wide berth.

If memory serves me right, those people have official metal badges and are ruthless as hell. Overtime is dependent on writing tickets and some make triple digit incomes from stealing our money.

I know there is corruption in LA LEO, but it's hard to think that cops would be that dumb. I mean, who really doesn't know ATMs have limits? LEO = YES, Meter Maid = NO.

PS. That sucks Marlowe. You were breaking a few monger rules. Don't have so much cash on hand. Sex for money is illegal. Don't break the law.

Personally it sounds like a well executed scam / hustle to me. Marlowe. Did you not question the chick? I know I would of! LOL. IDK. Maybe ask for a badge #? It goes against all rules and probably would be thrown out in court (I am not no lawyer though) and does sound like entrapment or a really dedicated UC to show you her che che's. Hmm. That would have cleared all these "what if" questions up surely though. Should of just had them arrest you. Or would that of mean their Pimp shows up? Hmm. Idk man. 2 black fm ucr officers? I mean not impossible. But when they do these stings 99.9% of the time isn't there a male or 2 male officers standing by just in case "ish goes down" ie: a struggle and or fight! I mean just a little while ago there was that botched sting off fig that ended up all over the news and a chase that followed and the UC I believed was harmed. I don't know I'm calling BS and thinking someone impersonated and that is a serious offense if so. Any more details you may have left out? Reads like a good novel nonetheless. Sorry to hear this happened to you but you got robbed. There is no question about it:

1 - This is Los Angeles. Cars that pull up along side you want to do something bad. When it happens to me a I shrug my shoulders and say "no hablo ingles".

2 - Pulling into a location where someone can jump into your car. Not good. You never know who is hiding in the back seat.

3 - Real undercover cops will never get into a mongers car. Its too dangerous. An undercover cop posing as a hooker was robbed and had her gun taken in South LA just a few weeks ago!!

4 - LAPD badges can be purchased on Ebay for around $8. A little piece of shiny metal means nothing to me.

5 - Undercovers don't need to call for backup. They are being monitored at all times.

6 - Taking your cash? That should have been a flashing red flag to you that you were being robbed.

7 - Turn of the body mic? For what? To save the batteries? No, its called a "confidence move". Its her attempt to reinforce to you that she a make believe cop.

8 - $1000 ticket? 2 things. 1 - This is not Mexico. You don't pay tickets on the spot. 2 - Tickets don't have prices on them. You find at the cost when you goto court.

9 - Getting into the supposed UC car did you see police radios or just the sticker from the rental car saying not to smoke? Communication is super important to cops. They use super heavy duty radios (not ones you can get at Big 5 Sports). No commo no cops.

10. Driven around to get cash from ATMs? In my native Colombia its called "paseo millionario" or the millionaire ride.

11. A two hour shopping spree? Please, please please tell me you made that up or are joking!! I'm having trouble computing that. . .

If by chance you had their license number, I would call in in to LEO and thye would jump on it for impersonating a cop.

However, I might have done the same thing in your position, so I home I won't get in that position.

I think in LB, on LBB someone was working it the same way. As an old white guy, a hot black chick in a car rolled her window down and asked if I wanted a date, I said no and reported it here (and the response back they were working a scam.

The one that made the "bust" in the room was not really lite skinned, more medium complected. Actually she resembled Tye, that crazy BSW that used to cruise LBB trying to get people to pull over and date her, the one that stole BC's cameras, but she would have to be older than this chick was.

I guess I would add the following addendums to try to prevent such a situation happening to any of you: #1-don't ever disrobe until the girl takes her clothes off-we all have probably done this several times, but no more. #2-$50 is a lowball offer, be suspicious of any girl who starts at that price, no matter where you are discussing it.

I am pretty sure it was a scam, but then there was that badge! Also the way she was speaking at first was very believable, as we were driving around I became more and more suspicious, especially because of her skanky friend's driving. However, since they had my keys, phone and wallet, there was nothing I could do but play along and hope for the best.

Some of us might have just slapped her phone out of her hand, told her hell no, beat it, put on our clothes and left, but that only works if she didn't have back up. When the black and whites break down the door and cuff you, you would have regretted it. Anyway, that is not how I roll.

I will never accept any type of solicitation from any girl, no matter how hot, it isn't worth the risk. However, if what she told me is true, that you can pick up a UCLE decoy on the street and take them to a Notel, and experience the same scenario, then I will confine myself to dating only girls that I know.

My questions are, she drove up and asked me to pull over and talk to her, she exposed herself to me in my vehicle and solicited the act and even quoted the price, then rode in my vehicle three blocks to the notel. Isn't this entrapment? Are there no longer any limits on the actions of UCLE decoys?

It sure seemed like we were in there that long, it may have been less than an hour, but they kept asking for different items, and adding to them. I wasn't even going to report about it, I was so embarrassed, but then I remembered how I have been helped by others posting their misfortunes, so I felt I owed it all of you to put out the word so nobody else falls for this. I wonder what would have happened if I had had less that $100 in my wallet, if the extra cash created the opportunity. What would you have done once she had your wallet, keys and phone?

I had to be at work today, the last day before a three week break, and if I had been arrested, that would have been a problem. I am sure it was a scam now, but at the time I had no choice but to play along. I am home, safe, and I have my car. Wasn't willing to risk any of that by being difficult.

The reason that I had that much money is that a friend had paid me back what he owed me, and I was too lazy to find an ATM and deposit it. I wasn't trying to find a date, I was just on my way home, as unbelievable as that might seem, but it had been a hard day at work, and I wasn't thinking too clearly when the opportunity presented itself. We learn from our experiences, both good and bad, and I certainly learned from this one. Had I seen anything in the HG that I liked, I would have stopped and put the extra cash in the trunk in my briefcase before approaching her, I'm not a novice, it was just a crime of opportunity and I got caught slipping.
