Thanks Fredhand. My experience at the Damien Center at 26 N. Arsenal was first rate. Very clean, modern and professional. It took less that 40 minutes. The HIV test is done with a swab of the mouth and the results are available in 20 minutes. While waiting for the results, they take blood and urine samples to be analyzed for other STDs. Those results will be available by phone in a week. There were no other patients when I was there. The staff was very professional, congenial, helpful and non-judgmental. It's private, clean, convenient, professional and free. What more could you ask?
And no wire in the wanker either. So no excuses for not geting a test.

These kinds of tests are something we should all do on a regular basis, but the wire brush in the sensitive spot always made me reluctant to get retested.
I checked out the east 10th & east washington area Wednesday about 10pm. Didn't see anything on Washington. Saw one really tall skinny black girl on 10th two blocks west of Rural wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. I think she was on something, she was kinda staggering and talking to herself. I went on to do grosery shopping at kmart on e. W. St. At about ninish. Saw one decent looking brunette, about 5'4", skinny, on jeans right by the gas station next to marsh going eastbound. I kept on driving and to my dismay the lot in between taco bell and marsh (which is just a a few hundreds yards past the gas station where I spotted the above mentioned gal) was plagued with leos. Looked like a world convention. There were at least 12 gray-rat and 2 white police cars. Lights were off on the cars. Dunno if they were gearing up to bust some azzes. Anyway, just as I was driving in front of the "convention", a 5' 9" maybe 10" WSW in jeans and red shirt was walking trhough the said parking lot towards the side walk. She didn't seem to give a damn about on-site LEO convention, even though they were literally right behind her back. I assumed she or they might be uc's. Just too fishy. I bought my milk and went home. There was a lot of SW activity today, but also the leopards were out on the hunt.
