If I can get intel with an iPhone, CPD sure has way more resources than that LOL. Expensive but they have it, if it's an election year someone wants to get re-elected they will allocate those resources and will especially make sure it's announced to the media, it's all for show. Unless some high end property investors are interested in Hilltop all of a sudden this is just going to pass.

If you see a facsimile of Taylor Swift or Gabrielle Union standing on the corner, it would be wise to keep on driving. Hell, if they look like a local tv traffic reporter, keep on driving. I am not a SW monger. Not to say I haven't picked up a girl off the street, but I never set out to drive around trying. That being said I am familiar with the "look" or the eye contact from an available girl. I've been reading about the recent PD presence on suli so I thought I would share an observation. I like to get fish and chicken at Sharks at Hudson and McGuffey and there are always a few girls in the vicinity. Yesterday I was approached by a skinny white SW and offered a $10 date. I thought about it for a second but didn't want my food getting cold LOL. As I was leaving, I noticed a black SW across the street waving at me. I've seen her before out there. Something going on over there as there are always a few over there. Hudson is under construction and one way east so I have to think it would be hard for PD to patrol. Maybe some of you already know about this.

Scooped Cathy / Kathy after she used my local fav name as a reference to get on my good side. She wanted the cash up front. Said I don't do that etc, I can show it to you and put it over here in plain sight. She agrees to that and pulls her top up leaving her tits out, then pulls her pants down to her knees to get ready. Asks me to wipe off first and since I carry wipes for this reason I have no issue with it. As I'm doing so she grabs the cash quickly and starts screaming help me, rape at the top of her lungs and jumps out still half naked. There ain't no way in hell I'm chasing someone in that situation as it'd only make it look like what she's claiming. One day she'll pull this stunt on the wrong guy and learn her lesson the hard way.

So the pretty blonde behind the black dude is Aly. Can't pick her up anymore because she claims I talked about her on here this site (snitch again?) If that's the reason she keeps rejecting me all she has to do is tell me not too, pretty simple but I've moved on.

I've shopped all over the country for decades. I don't always partake but I've seen the pattern. Step 1 - drive the girls off the street. Step 2 - set up decoys and get the johns. Once the revenue stream decreases the revenue stream dries up and the girls can't support their habits. Rinse and repeat this a few times and a nice red light district like Sully dries up. This idea really only works if the city plans to renovate the neighborhood. They did this in Cincinnati back in the 90's but they only managed to move the action from Over the Rhine to Warsaw. Covington tried the same thing and the trade still exists. Cincinnati isn't what is used to be but Cleveland is done. It took gentrification and years of work but Cleveland is a waste of our time. Trouble is that Sully has been Sin city for a century.

Why don't these cities just allow a red light district and police it like they do in Europe? I've been there too. Nobody hassles the prostitutes in St. Denis (Paris): there is a bond there. A girl there told me that they have the police on speed dial. There is no disease because the girls agree to be checked. There is some drug use but nothing like what you see on Sully. It makes no sense. It costs taxpayers hundreds of thousands for this little show. The police can't keep it up for the years it would take to clean up Sully. It makes more sense to regulate. It's cheaper in the long run.

I have not personally hooked up with her, but she gave me the run-around the one time the only time that I had attempted to scoop her. She looked much better on Parsons, a few years back.

Shawntayee aka Nicky is an ok date IF you're a quick shooter. If you're someone that takes a little while she gives up after 5 min. She's an ex stripper and has a decent fake rack and gives decent head. I wanted to bang her actually but she claimed she's just head only. The thick HSW picture is Priscilla BTW. When I talked to Alison aka Aly she had an attitude so I passed on her. Nikki aka angel is out of jail and begging for action. BTW, I had Serenity ask me about the site, I'm like never heard of it. This is in fact happening as I stated before, this person thinks they are being funny but also thinks they are loyal to him because he is telling (now that's funny). They are more loyal to money because they are druggies in the end. Hey your pm is not working.
