Shopping sprees are for the ones you know and are familiar. I would change the order of events. Dinner, fun in the room, then the shopping spree. Otherwise, there's too much that can go wrong because your plan gives them advantages and control. Their message of not wanting to "feel like hookers" is a diversion. Be wary of their larger plan.

You should change things up to ensure they perform as agreed. Huge risk otherwise, IMO.

Think also of them overspending, getting your car / personal / private info, public embarrassments they could create, blackmail, etc. Even if that doesn't happen, the potential is there and you have no control over events that might occur. I wouldn't do this as a first date and certainly not with two women simultaneously. You are offering up all the faith, goodwill, and money. They offer a future promise.
Rather than give them an outright “no” for the date, come up with delay tactics to string them along. Test their faith and honesty. Try dating just one at first. They’ll likely say no, your cue to exit.

I'm thinking that they're probably going to balk at doing shopping afterwards, saying that I could back out, and they actually have a good point. I was thinking of doing the shopping spree then dinner and keeping everything in my car until after the motel. I don't know, they seem a little too accommodating which makes me a little wary of whether they're legit.
