As far as audio recording goes Wisconsin is a single party consent State. What that means is if it least one person who is party to the conversation agrees to being recorded you can legally record any conversation you want. What this means for us as you can legally record because you are the person who consents regardless of whether or not the other person consents it is still legal. Now video recording of a sexual act on the other hand is not so legal but I don't really care.
