Not just playing devil's advocate.
I see where a town like Derry is coming from. They have like five or six of them now. They are prob scared there will soon be ten.
If the spa owner's were smart, they would SPREAD OUT a bit. I can easily think of ten other towns which have potential spots. One place in one town is a lot less conspicuous than SIX in one.
Do I think the town council's time is best focused elsewhere, yes. But the spa owners are not doing themselves any favors either.
