I was out and about today on Chamberlayne Ave around 1pm and made a pitstop with wsw Erin. I had the chance to check out the street scene in Richmond again (it's been a little while) and the monger gods must not have been on my side. Saw a bust at the notel right beside Wendy's. 4 plainclothes guys and 1 fat plain clothes girl all with their black vests with yellow police panels on the back. Nice day and LEO is working hard. Saw a hot wsw that ended up being a decoy for a sting at the Eagle on Midlo. We may have passed while looking.
