Agree with the tipping part
These places will make money regardless of our presumed importance or impact on their economy. Just tip poorly, tell them why and move on to a new place. In the Metrowest area poor service seems to be more related to the individual and less to the establishment.
Myrtle is a great example of that. I had a bad experience, tipped nothing and then last night had a great experience with a different girl. Nothing speaks louder than asking a girl who gave you bad service "is there another girl available?" the next time you visit. I personally don't want to invest anytime in "organized boycotts" or getting my name out there. Coded or otherwise. This is a hobby; not my life mission.
Also it's important to let them know you're boycotting them. When I had a bad experience at my favorite spa rest assured that I exhibited my displeasure both verbally and visually yo the mamasan. Also reminding her that I was telling my friends to go elsewhere too. I would also extrapolate the math of projected lost $ as added shock value as it was a significant annual amount. After this the service always improved. I had a recent UTR girl who caused me some grief and I immediately texted a few friends here and they readily agreed to form a boycott. When she cold called them they said they wouldn't see her because of what happened with "yardape". With a UTR girl the loss of a few regulars is substantial. After putting her on probation for a few months I recently made up with her and after an over the top GFE reunion session I told her I was lifting the boycott. She called one of my friends and said "you can see me now yardape lifted the boycott" LOL! Many of these girls will take kindness for weakness if we don't remind them who's in charge and holding the cash. Oftentimes these girls become drunk with power thinking us older guys are just so very lucky to have them forgetting that we are "paying" for a service. In my opinion over-tipping in the long run hurts our cause as well. It reinforces their assumption that we are just needy old guys. Always helps to hurt them in the pocketbook and remind them they're not the only game in town.
