I've never used those specific agencies but I have received a few messages from people telling me about similar experiences they had with several local Asian agencies whenever I submitted reviews of their new batch of girls. But they are legit and have good selection of course. I think at times you experience this because the girl doesn't show up or leaves early and they get caught with appointments they can't fill. I got on shit list at the old MCE and it was for a simple misunderstanding but they are so egotistical and rude that they can't even have a conversation to understand. So I dropped them too.
