Robert Kraft and all the other suspects arrested in South Florida's prostitution sting are not facing a single charge of human or sex trafficking -- despite the fact cops made that their headline. TMZ Sports has learned.
We've confirmed with prosecutors in Palm Beach County -- home to the now-infamous Orchids of Asia Spa -- that Kraft is still only facing 2 solicitation charges. We're told that's also true for the other 25 "johns" arrested in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. Four other people have been arrested for operating or managing the spas, but even they haven't been charged with trafficking.
Sources familiar with the case tell us prosecutors have seen ZERO evidence of human trafficking to this point -- after a 5-month investigation. Further, we're told 2 federal agencies -- ICE and the FBI -- knew about the sting early on, and opted not to get involved because they saw no signs the case involved trafficking.
The police sting also targeted massage parlors in Indian River and Orange Counties with at least 45 additional arrests -- however, no trafficking charges have been reported there either. We've reached out to their State Attorney's Offices, but haven't heard back yet.

That can't sit well with the dozens of people who were publicly connected to such a serious crime before law enforcement had the goods to charge them.
I was in that area Tuesday night (around 9 pm) and decided to stop for a massage. Driving up I see a lady sitting in her SUV a few parking spots from the entrance. 3 Women arrested and all were licensed locally to massage. All are Florida residents and 2 of the 3 women have Florida drivers licenses. They identified the women long before the raid. There was No Human Trafficking. If there were women onsite that were forced into prostitution, I want to believe that law enforcement would liberate them immediately and not use them to set traps for customers.
If you read reports about every raid on a massage parlor, it is stated that they are investigating "Possible" Human Trafficking. This seems to better justify the show of force needed to take the place down. It also sets a stage for local politicians to beat their chests and show off their hard work.

I was just about to get out of my car when three unmarked SUVs flew up. Gus got out and moved in before I knew what was even going on. I have seen Robin twice now the first visit lasted the full hour but the second did not. For a more reasonable donation I would be fine with it but at current rates a 40 minute total experience is out of my price range. No one using these terms believes they are fooling anyone. As far as Red Leaves, it will probably not be there for long. IMO. I think with the disbandment of the Cbus Vice Squad, you won't see many stings within the city limits, but this is Powell, and they can do their own thing. I would proceed with extra caution.

[/QUOTE]I used to travel to Toronto regularly on Business about 10 years ago and it is true what you say. The quality of the escorts was as good as it gets and I rarely paid over 200. I never went to an AMP there, but I hit a few massage parlors where the girls varied in race & ethnicity. You could choose the girl off a website and make an appointment. Touching was allowed and prostate was available, but to the best of my knowledge there was not full service in the spas. I may be wrong about this, but I think in Canada it is not legal for a woman to offer sexual services but it is illegal for someone to accept them.
