If you're getting stuck with the older ladies, I would suggest asking for a different girl if she isn't up to your standards. And if none of the girls are to you liking there is always ivy, the talent there is pretty decent.

In general now with the new mgt I think there is tip haggling now although I think there have been some rotations where that was not the case. I've been there three times now and the experiences were pleasant but nothing earth shattering, certainly not like the old mgt.
