I think the reason for the clamp down is that this place is up for sale as it has been listed on CL under businesses for sale everyday for more than a month. It was listed before the Arlington bust occurred.

I'm not sure some Caucasian would want to purchase this business if they thought it was a typical Asain jack shack. Then again, maybe one of you guys will step up to the plate and make an offer.

Wish I could put an offer in - it's so close to my house and would be nice managing a business that close. The girls could even live in my house if they needed to. They'd have to throw May into the deal though.

I've had the same thoughts since it's right down the street from me and it seems like it would be so awesome to have a referral-only, "club"-style business, where mongers are only allowed in with some verification or perhaps a large deposit? Honestly, I haven't thought too much about it and I know there would be many problems with a business model like that, but it would be really fucking cool!

Been to Thai massage twice now. Needed a good massage after the walk upstairs. Massage was thorough and overall OK. Girls are friendly, but not as nice looking as their CL pics. Intel from this forum on this place was very accurate. The oil feels great going on and in use for the massage, but the smell that lingers until your next shower is a turn off.

Seemed to have two rooms the first on is not very private right at front door only blocked by curtain, back little more secluded. Good overall will return.

So I decided to check out FY over the weekend despite concern about the recent LE activity in town. It was my first visit to FY, so I was going entirely on intel from here.
I'd say it was a good experience overall. I made the appointment a few hours ahead of time. They couldn't take me any earlier, so I guess business must still be good. When I called, they said Anna and Stephanie were available. Since I had heard good things here about Anna, I requested her.

She led me to what looked like the second room from the back. Dark, warm and quiet. Suits me just fine. She asked for the. 7 for the hour. Since I didn't have a whole lot of time, I asked if a half hour was possible. She said yes for. 5. She left for a half a minute to let me get undressed. Before I was finished undressing she came back in and said "so sorry. Need more time? " I said that wouldn't be necessary and dropped my shorts right in front of her, making sure she had a good look at me in all my glory. Why beat around the bush, right?
I started face down and she gave quite a decent massage. Since I was only getting a half hour, I wanted to set the mood reasonably early. While she was standing at the end of the table massaging my neck, I gave an exploratory stroke of her leg with my finger. She didn't register any objection, so I began to move up and to the back. Within a minute or two, I was cupping her ass with both hands. Still no objection at all.
She continued the massage for a while and then asked me if I'd like to flip over. As I did, I pulled the towel up to reveal my little friend. I thought it sounded like a good model to follow since it removes her from having to take any initiative. What do you know. Worked like a charm. As soon as that initial step was taken, it was go time. She poured some oil right on, got a good grip and went straight on until sunset.
All in all, it was a good time. I'd rate her about a 7 in looks, guessing that she's probably in her mid-thirties. Thin, fit body, but maybe a little bony for some. The massage was a solid 8 and the ending was a good 8. After the initial. 5 for the half hour, I gave her. 2 for a tip and she seemed cool with it.
The moral of the story? Caution is the name of the game, but there's no reason the game has to stop.

Hit the Malden American from a previous post and had a great massage and an excellent time. The rooms are very private, large, comfortable and arranged so you can get great views and you can even roam around a bit.
