The face of the providers are heavily edited my guess is that they did it to prevent anyone from doing any reverse image search or something like that. But they would have a near impossible case to prove you did anything illegal behind closed doors. The screening is pretty generic. Then appointments are "I would like to visit Suzi at 1 pm".
