Somebody asked me how to move posts to the fight thread. It's easy.

Click "Reply with Quote" as you normally would if you were going to flame somebody. In the dialog box copy all of their quote. Then come here and click +add report as if you were making a new post and then copy their post in. I'm borrowing one of Niteluvr'ss posts from the Backpage thread.

What can Anyone tell me about this charge? Misdemeanor, ordinance violation or Felony??

LEO says it won't be on record but I don't trust LEO and they don't know everything.

Well fellows, the SW activity dies down on the weekends in Atlanta, if you're looking for some action you're better off hitting the strip clubs up. Don't get me wrong during the day time I do see attractive looking SW'$ during the day time on metro, dill ave and old national but when the sun go down that's a rap for them unless they are enroute to a store or so.

This post isn't accurate. It's 90 plus degrees in the day, why would they be out during that time and go in when that blazing ass sun goes down at night? Not saying they aren't out there during the day, but to say it dies down at night isn't accurate. Especially not old national, they are out there. You can sit in at the red carpet inn motel and see no less than 5 Swers standing in the balcony area. I know this because I'm there all the time waiting on request. Auc area / bluff has action, I was there last night for a majority of the night and saw a little bit of everyone that was out. Ended up picking up an older dark skin chick and banging her out in my car for 20. Classic pump and dump. It was the 11th hour and I had to smash something.

As far as the advice, it would defeat my purpose of bargain hunting to bang a stripper. What stripper in atl is fucking for 20? LOL for what I would have to spend to get in the damn club, pay for parking, pay for entry, pay for drinks, pay for dances, pay for VIP area, and pay for services-I could of filled my tank up twice, fucked 3-4 Swers, and went to IHOP afterwards.

I know almost everybody who works on metro and I also know the guys who run those houses the females waiting on. Like I said during the day time, I see more SW'$ out on metro than night time especially on Rockwell. The best looking ones come out after midnight but it ain't that many. But the plentiful mediocre looking ones come out during the daytime like crazy. I'm a route supervisor now on my job which means I drive around also. I see when the girls are out on my time and my employer personal time. I take Roosevelt hwy too work everyday and I make sure to cut through old Nat and one thing for sure is that I see chicks walking too and from Econo lodge on a daily basis way more so during the day vs the night. I'm no longer a Lakewood specialist I'll leave it too you or somebody else to inform the squad on Lakewood.

Here's a list of things I've learned from "mongering" throughout the years.

1. Dude, I don't care how fat, nasty, ugly, flat assed a chic is, as long as her legs go up and out some dudes will still plow it. I've seen the most ugliest fattest chic get reviews. Most of you dudes will fuck anything!

2. If a chic only shows her pics from the neck down, 9 times out of 10 she has a facial deficiency. It's not because she's trying to hide her identity. If she's only showing her face only and no body parts, she most likely has a body deficiency. If she's only showing tits and no ass, then she has an ass deficiency. Bottom line, whatever body part a chic thinks looks the best she's going to show it off gleefully. If she has any deficiency anywhere she's going to try and hide it. Watch out for chic's who take pics and stay fully clothed in their pics. As soon as those clothes hits the floor, her stomach, tits and everything else will hit the floor too.

3. If you go to see a chic and when you get to her location you see her outside looking a hot mess. Dude, get back into your whip and get the fuck out! 9 times out of 10, it's not gunna get any better. If a chic doesn't even care about her front door appearance, what makes you think she cares about her hygiene or giving good service. Plenty of times I've bailed when I seen a chic come out of her room looking like a homeless bum. If they don't even care about making themselves look presentable for you, what makes you think they care about providing good service? I sure wish some of these chic's would post the same pics in their ad, how they look coming to the door. They wouldn't get any dates at all. LOL.

The crimes of prostitution, pimping, and pandering are closely related, but refer to separate conduct.

Prostitution consists of performing, or offering or agreeing to perform a sexual act for anything of value. The act itself need not have taken place, nor must the money (or other valuable thing) have actually been delivered. (Ga. Code Ann. § 16-6-9.).

Pimping occurs when someone:

•offers or agrees to obtain a prostitute for another.

•offers or agrees to arrange a meeting for purposes of prostitution.

•directs or transports another person somewhere for the purpose of prostitution.

•receives the earnings of a prostitute, or.

•aids, advises, or commands an act of prostitution. (Ga. Code Ann. § 16-6-11.).

Pandering involves either.

•soliciting someone to engage in prostitution on his or her behalf, or on behalf of a third person, or.

•gathering people together for the purpose of being solicited to engage in prostitution. (Ga. Code Ann. § 16-6-12.).

For example, someone who tries to persuade a young woman to have sex with men for money so that the two can share in the proceeds has committed pandering. So has someone who hosts a "party" with young women in attendance with the goal of convincing them to become prostitutes.

It is also a distinct crime to keep a place of prostitution—that is, to allow the use of one's property for prostitution. (Ga. Code Ann. § 16-6-10.).

Penalties for Prostitution Crimes.

Prostitution itself is a misdemeanor in Georgia. Pimping, pandering, and keeping a place of prostitution are "high and aggravated" misdemeanors unless certain, additional circumstances are present, in which case they become felonies. Additional consequences to jail time may also apply. These consequences and aggravating circumstances are described below. (Ga. Code Ann. § 16-6-13.).

Pandering: publication and medical testing.

Those convicted of pandering will have their convictions, along with their addresses and identifying photographs, published in the county where the offense occurred. If someone convicted of pandering receives probation, he or she must submit to testing for sexually transmitted diseases and consent to the results being released to his or her spouse, if any. (Ga. Pandering by compulsion.

46-142. For purpose of procuring others to engage in sexual acts for hire.

Latest version.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter, as defined in section 46-141, in or near any thoroughfare or place open to the public in a manner and under circumstances manifesting the purpose of inducing, enticing, soliciting, pandering, or procuring another to commit a sexual act for hire. This section is not intended to limit any person from exercising their right to assemble or engage in any other constitutionally protected activity. This section applies to all persons with the requisite intent to induce another to engage in a sexual act for hire.

(b) A police officer who observes a person loitering under circumstances that provide the officer with an articulable suspicion to believe a sexual act for hire has occurred or is occurring. May detain the individual for the purpose of investigating whether the person is in violation of this section.

(c) Among the circumstances which may be considered in determining whether such purpose is manifested are: that such person is a known prostitute, pimp or "john"; repeatedly beckons to, stops or attempts to stop, or engages passers-by in conversation; or repeatedly stops or attempts to stop motor vehicle operators by hailing, waving of arms or any bodily gesture. Unless flight by the person or other circumstances make it impracticable, a law enforcement officer shall, prior to any arrest for an offense under this section, afford the person an opportunity to dispel any alarm or immediate concern which would otherwise be warranted by requesting the person to identify himself or herself and explain his or her presence and conduct. No person shall be convicted of an offense under this section if the law enforcement officer fails to comply with the foregoing procedure or if it appears at trial that the explanation given by the person was true and would have dispelled the alarm or immediate concern.

(d) For purposes of this section "sexual act for hire" means conduct which constitutes an offense defined in O. C. G. A. Tit. 16, ch. 6, as amended; conduct which constitutes complicity to commit such an offense; or conduct which constitutes conspiracy to commit such an offense.

(e) Any person in violation of this section shall be guilty of the offense of loitering for the purpose of committing a sexual act for hire.

What you need is a First Amendment attorney (who also does criminal law) like Alan Begner, Wiggins Law group, etc. And just explain that the crucial thing is keeping the record clean (something they can negotiate on since you have no priors.).

My summer is now ruined because of this stupid charge of 337, it really messed up my monger budget.

All the new SW I'm seeing are now out of reach for lack of funds.

You may want a lawyer. Is the charge a felony or misdemeanor? Misdemeanor is not such a big deal. In most states you can get the record expunged after some period. Also in GA I believe you can plead nolo and it is not pleading guilt, but you will get a fine and some other stuff. Go to one of those lawyers that will talk to you for $25 consult and go from there. Back in the day in NYC the cops were good, they would give you a no seat belt fine and tell you not to come back. In FL I got wrapped up in a sting and went nolo, sealed record and then expunged, I sent paperwork to FL to pull my record a few years later and they had no record of me. I never do street walkers now because that is too easy to get nabbed. I actually stick to a small circle or well reviewed gals. Pay for the lawyer, it will likely run you from $1000-$2000 when you are all done, but worth it.

I was ready to leave her place after plowing all 3 holes, when I noticed these water jugs on the counter. I asked why all the water, and she said it wasn't water. It was fucking moonshine! Her husband was making a run to South Carolina and she gave me a jug! So, I left a load in her ass, got $40 for $32 worth of gas, and got a gallon of moonshine (what the fuck am I going to do with this shit? Moral of the story: stop paying for these fat bishes on BP!
