I almost got a MAJOR fine!
Keep on the lookout even more guys. The City needs more revenue.
http://www.suntimes.com/news/metro/8620307-418/city-fines-and-fees-double-triple-for-minor-and-major-offenses.html
Went to see a girl in the past couple of days on the northwest side, late night. The next morning I was almost shitting myself cause couldn't find a check I had the night before for a payment I had just received from work. The check was for over (unspecified amount, but it was a lot of $$$!) and I was starting to worry I had dropped it while at my session with the provider! Found it after a frantic search though, had tucked it away before heading out. Whew!
And the girl was average, not great. Woulda sucked to lose large on account of her.
I think it's real. Look at the date of the ad, then the date of the bust.
Back when they had decent women, I used them a lot. Then, they cut their rates. And the quality of the women they had. Having said that, are you sure that's not just the name the cops gave to their operation, and not the local service they went after? I'm asking because if it was the local group, someone forgot to tell BP:

And so it goes. Thank you CPD!

Whoa, I felt the same way!
Tampering with parking meters or pay-and-display boxes — something motorists have done on occasion to vent their anger at the deal that privatized Chicago parking meters — would carry a fine ranging from $500 to $750.

Brittney / Angel / Chrissy / Leah shut down in Indiana
Dudder posted this in the NW Indiana section, but she did work the Chicago burbs and probably ripped off more than a few guys there also. This is an added twist after the initial bust in Hobart.
Illicit meeting ends in shooting.

A man charged this week with promoting prostitution in Hobart was shot Tuesday in Joliet Township, Ill, following an altercation between his wife and one of their customers, according to police.
Michael. 31, of Hobart 'suffered a gunshot wound to the back with potential spinal damage, ' Will County, Ill, police said. He was airlifted to Loyola Medical Center in Maywood, Ill, where he was listed in stable condition. Police in Illinois said charges against him are pending.
Koren. 23, also of Hobart, was arrested on charges of robbery and prostitution and booked into the county jail in Illinois.
A warrant for Michael's arrest had been issued in Indiana on Monday when he was charged in Lake Superior Court with promoting prostitution, a Class C felony. His wife was charged Friday with misdemeanor prostitution following a sting operation in their apartment in the 800 block of East 3rd Street in Hobart. Police said Koren was cooperating with investigators, who had set up hidden cameras in their apartment. Six men were charged in the operation with patronizing a prostitute.
In the incident Tuesday night, police said, a would-be customer tried to stop Koren from ripping him off Tuesday by shooting her husband with a 12-gauge shotgun as he tried to force his way into the house.
According to reports, James. 35, had earlier contacted a woman on the 'back room' page of the Craigslist website and exchanged text messages to have her come to his house. Around 8 pm Koren Noll arrived and 'began negotiating a price for a sexual favor, ' police said.
After receiving money, Noll reportedly used Wenberg's cell phone to contact 'a girlfriend' waiting in the car, but did not receive an answer. Noll allegedly said she would go outside to 'speak with her 'girlfriend' and retrieve an outfit, ' but Wenberg became suspicious and demanded she return his money first.
When Wenberg stopped her from walking out, Noll took a can of pepper spray from her purse, but the contents were ineffective, police said. Wenberg reportedly let her keep the money and told her to leave, locking the door behind her.
'A few seconds later, he heard a loud boom and observed what he thought was someone trying to kick his front door open, ' police said. Wenberg told police he grabbed a 12-gauge shotgun from his bedroom and came out to fire one shot around the corner of the wall as the door was being forced open.
Deputies report the front door had been smashed off the hinges and a shotgun and shell were found nearby. Wenberg, who has a valid firearm owner's identification card, was questioned by police and released. Sources said he is not expected to face any charges.
The Nolls drove their 1996 Cadillac to Silver Cross Hospital, police said.
