1. It has always as far as I have known, been owned by said cop and never had any problems (My preferred spot because)

2. Because he was a cop, the police tend to leave that one alone. Never heard of a sting there or anyone being harassed for going in/out there.

Just about any city in NJ is for the most part folks of "Colour". What we're lookin for is not found in the nicer Suburban areas. Just keep your eyes open for opportunities and traps, you'll do fine. Elizabeth is hit or miss but seems best between 8p and Midnite.

Been seeing action in all the usual places. The side streets between 1-9 and Catherine, very little on the other side of 1-9, and of course N Broad to Newark to Frelinghuysen.
